Warm Call is the process of calling a prospect by the sales rep which has been preceded with contact with that prospect. Warm Calling is also considered to be one of the techniques of cold calling which makes the whole process more effective as the prospects who recognize a sales rep who’s calling them, are much more likely to agree on the deal.
