User Experience (UX)

User Experience or UX refers to the set of aspects of the users’ interaction with the company’s products, service, website, brand, and the company itself. The user experience in regards to marketing is used to define what emotions and behavior should a certain design evoke when a person sees it and interacts with it.

Also, the UX is important while structuring the design of, e.g. particular landing pages in a way so the visitor interacts with it the way a marketer would want to.

The UX is often used to increase the CTR and CTA performance.
