Relationship Intelligence Data (RID)

Relationship Intelligence Data (RID) is intelligence that informs sales reps about the history of the relationship between a company and the customer.

This information is most often gather by a dedicated software that later on lets sales reps analyze the data, so they know what is the situation between the company and the customer or a lead.

RID contains information about the previous contact, purchases, and frequency of correspondence and is a subset of more general Customer Intelligence.
