Inside Sales

Inside sales is the process in which dedicated personnel reaches the customer remotely, most often by phone or online, contrary to outside sales which require face-to-face contact and lot of traveling.

Yet, you shouldn’t mistake inside sales for telemarketing as a role of inside sales is still proactive and relies on cold calling, making follow-up calls, conducting research on leads or even handling demos.

Oftentimes, to boost the effectiveness and automate some parts of their work, sales reps use certain software solutions and dialers.
